Digital Media Specialist

As one of our Digital Media Specialists, you will develop and strategize the best ways to implement local digital plan components for our unique client base. Beyond initial implementation our Digital Media Strategist will track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. We’re looking for someone that’s a go-getter and who’s ready to add to this quickly growing department within our company.

 

Position Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute SEO, SEM, Display and Remarketing advertising campaigns on both a national and local level
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against client goals
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with other members of the digital planning team and coordinate efforts across other agency departments
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Full interest in ongoing changes with the Google AdWords Platform
  • Assess potential and current client digital footprints and provide a digital recommendation for improvement and growth

 

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in creating and optimizing SEO/SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • 1 year+ experience in setting up and optimizing high touch Google AdWords (PPC) campaigns on the local and national level
  • A positive personality with great communication skills
  • AdWords certified
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize when faced with multiple tasks
  • Microsoft Office proficient with a strong emphasis on Excel

Position Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and execute Facebook advertising campaigns at a hyperlocal level
  • Design content to support the online presence of our clients and optimize user experience
  • Measure and report on all social media campaigns
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Research and implement new opportunities for clients as the emerge within the social media world
  • Collaborate with other team members within the Online Media Department and more
  • Coordinate messages and discuss needs with clients

 

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • At least 1 year experience with managing social media marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Ads Manager and Constant Contact
  • Ability to keep to timelines and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize when faced with multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Direct examples of creating and optimizing social media campaigns
