Verifying your store will ensure customers can easily find your business information and store location. Before you can do that, your store must have an actual listing. Use our simple instructions below to verify your store’s Apple Maps listing.
STEP 1:
Click this link to visit Apple Maps Connect.
STEP 2:
Sign into your Apple ID. Don’t have one? Click ‘Create yours now’ and follow the instructions.
STEP 3:
Click through to review Privacy Policy and agree to Terms of Use.
STEP 4:
Search for your store and select from the list. If you can’t find it using the search bar, select ‘Add a new place’ and follow the steps.
STEP 5:
Review the listing and select ‘Claim this Place’ to begin the verification process.
STEP 6:
Review the information for accuracy and then select ‘Next’.
STEP 7:
Verify the phone number is accurate and select ‘Call me now’ to answer an automated call from Apple.
STEP 8 :
Answer call from Apple and enter the verification code on screen.
STEP 9:
Before final submission, follow steps to adjust pin location, edit store hours, and more.
STEP 10:
Once ready, select ‘Submit for Review’. You’ll receive an email confirming Apple has received your submission and will receive another once your submission has been reviewed.

Tap the small ‘i’ icon highlighted above.
Tap ‘Report and Issue’ and find the category that pertains to your issue.
